Breast Lift Abroad
Treatment Description:
What is a breast lift?
Breast lift eliminates surplus skin and tightens the breast tissues to reshape and lift the breasts. Depending on an individual case, the procedure may involve using breast implants.
How should I prepare myself for the procedure?
Discuss the goals you want to achieve by the breast lift during the medical consultation. The doctor will measure your breasts and advise you on a lift or a reduction of your breasts.
What does the procedure of breast lift abroad look like?
The size of the reduction you need will determine the length of the incision, the greater the lift, the longer the incisions are going to be. One of the proposed techniques is called an anchor shape. It consists of three incisions: around the areola, from the nipple to the bottom of the breasts and above the fold under the breast. Still, these are the individual needs of the patient that the position of the incisions depend on. The position of the nipple may be changed and the excess skin and fat is removed. If the procedure involves inserting the implants, there are a few places to locate them:
- behind the breast
- behind the breast and muscles
- behind the breast and pectoralis major muscle
